Quicken Loans is proud to announce that J.D. Power has ranked us highest in customer satisfaction for Primary Mortgage Origination for the ninth consecutive year.¹ We’ve also been ranked highest in customer satisfaction for Mortgage Servicing for the last five years running.

Understanding the Ranking

As part of measuring overall satisfaction, survey respondents are asked to rate mortgage originators on individual aspects of the mortgage origination process. Origination covers the period from the initial application to the close of your mortgage loan.

In addition to taking the top spot in overall satisfaction, Quicken Loans was among the best rated in each of the following categories:

• Loan Offering: This measures satisfaction with the competitiveness of rates and loan terms as well as the number of loan options offered.
• Application and Approval: Clients are asked to rate the speed of the process as well as how easy it was to provide required documentation.
• Interaction: How were interactions with team members on the phone or electronically? How would clients rate the website?
• Loan Closing: How do clients rate the timeliness of the closing process along with its convenience? Were they able to easily understand closing documents?
• Onboarding: How easy was it to understand documents related to the servicing of your loan provided in the aftermath of the closing? Did they receive timely communications?
